This 2017 project turned a redundant office building in Old Isleworth (which Mike previously surveyed in the late 90’s) into 142 apartments and townhouses. 30 years later, his son, James, worked on the development, undertaking the mechanical design package for this project, including the design of the heat network on behalf of the Mechanical subcontractor, T4 M&E.
Back in the 1990s, Mike McGowan (Lamorbey Associates Managing Director) surveyed an office building in Old Isleworth. 30 years later, in 2017, his son James worked on the development to turn the redundant building into 142 apartments and townhouses.
