Brew House, Bristol
The building was originally built in 1865 and operated as brewery. At some point it was decided to convert the building into office accommodation and many of the original internal features were concealed with plasterboard and suspended ceilings. Our Client was keen to expose and celebrate the original features and to provide quirky rather than conventional office accommodation. The original EPC had a ‘G’ rating, reflecting the buildings age and the installed M&E systems. The EPC rating now stands at ‘B’ following the refurbishment and the installation of new VRF heating and cooling systems.
