Royal London decided to embark on an ambitious refurbishment project covering three floors of accommodation with their Gracechurch Street headquarters building. The project was phased as the accommodation remained occupied throughout the period. The project coincided with Royal London’s re-branding and the introduction of Gilbert the Pelican.
