Sunlight Mews, Fulham, London

The triangular plot formerly accommodated a Local Authority Community centre which had been formed by constructing a steel framed sports facility located adjacent to the original Laundry which occupied the site.  The Client pursued an imaginative scheme to demolish the steel framed building and renovate the Laundry which was eventually offered to market as a high end shell and core comprising five individual apartments.  The development has proved a spectacular success and the Client’s keen sense of design coupled with an eye for detail has been a major influence in delivering this memorable scheme.
