Turnhams Green Business Park
This project, located in an office estate located close to Reading, consists of three office units originally constructed in 2000. Units 2,3 and 4 were fully refurbished with new reception and common parts, including new Heating and Cooling systems and LED lighting. Unit 3 achieved an A EPC asset rating, with each design actively trying to reduce the energy footprint of the buildings.
