10 Wapping Road
Refurbishment of four floors of existing aged office space. The transformation of the building externally included reforming the entrance and installing new cladding to the façade. Internally, the ceiling was removed, allowing the installation of exposed services throughout. Lamorbey utilised REVIT to demonstrate the intricate co-ordinated design of the ductwork, lighting, air conditioning equipment with the building’s structural component
