The development extends along a slim tract of land adject to the railway tracks serving the nearby local station, New Southgate which has frequent services to a number of central London terminals.  The site now provides a total of 44 dwellings all of which have either an outside terrace, a balcony or a winter garden.  Lamorbey Associates provided M&E design from Stage 2-5 on the development which offers affordable and rental accommodation together with 21 private sale apartments.
