Close to the heart of London’s bustling Covent Garden two floors of this period building have been subject to an imaginative refurbishment.  One of the floors has been completely fitted out with desking and some cellular space to provide a day one facility for an incoming Tenant.  The other floor has been refurbished to a Category A standard allowing an incoming Tenant to add their own floor finishes and furniture to reflect their business brand.  The project also included the complete refurbishment of the Ground Floor common parts and Reception. Lamorbey worked closely with Rougemont Property Consultants, White Red Architects and the contractor to achieve the clients brief.
