25b Vyner Street 

Lamorbey Associates along  with Archer Architects and Capita were appointed to deliver this wholesale refurbishment of 25b Vyner Street . The reworked facade and terrace offered a much-improved view of the property from the outside. Exposed services and new reclaimed flooring transformed the interior, this  greatly reduced the carbon footprint due to the VRF heating and cooling system and high efficiency LED Lighting. The end result was a fully let building in the months following completion.
