The Garage
Located in the Fitzrovia district of London, the original building was constructed in 1905 and operated as a Garage. Lamorbey worked closely with the HTC, London Structures Lab and White Red Architects to repurpose the plant areas to provide additional amenity space for prospective tenants. The refurbishment pays homage to the building’s heritage by recreating the Magnetos signage along the roof-top parapet wall and by displaying a vintage car in the glazed Reception area which is located close to the former vehicle entrance which provided access to the Garage within.
