Chatham Waters

Overlooking the River Medway this urban regeneration project will ultimately provide 1.9 million square foot of mixed use accommodation.  The site is located on the Medway peninsula on land formerly occupied by Chatham Docks.  Lamorbey Associates provided M&E Design services on an initial phase of the project which comprised 199 dwellings contained within two residential high rise (10 storey & 15 storey) blocks.   The phase also included car parking, external amenity space and some commercial units.  Subsequent phases will add further facilities including offices, leisure and events facilities a hotel and student accommodation.
