Clink Wharf

The former industrial unit which overlooks the Thames is close to the site of the eponymous Clink Prison in Clink Street which is near Borough Market  and the Golden Hide dry dock.  The brick finished building has been converted from a period riverside industrial unit to now provide prime luxury residential units with views overlooking the river.  This project included the conversion of two units into a single larger one located over two floors.  The upper floor includes three large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a large lounge and a cinema.  It also provided access to an extensive rooftop terrace which offers wonderful views of London’s iconic skyline,  The Ground Floor is mostly arranged in a open plan layout which accommodates a spacious lounge, a kitchen and a dining area.
