Cobham Bowers

This project, in the heart of Cobham in Surrey  provides 53 apartments for retirement living.  The apartments are contained within two blocks overlooking a central walled garden with a pavilion providing communal space for the occupants.  Lamorbey Associates provided M&E design from stages 3-5 the project  which includes a communal Heat Network, Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery to the dwellings and  Variable Refrigerant Flow heating and cooling to the shared Pavilion.
