Refurbishing two existing London office buildings to create one 7-storey commercial office accommodation. Lamorbey Associates provided the design for the contractor T4 M&E, delivering aesthetically pleasing exposed services installation throughout the building. Shortly after completion the building was shortlisted for an Architect’s Journal Award.
