Sutton Yard
The building was originally constructed during the early 1960’s and provided mixed use multiple occupant accommodation for the local, mostly trade based businesses. The new Elizabeth Line has made Farringdon a very attractive location for office accommodation and the entire area has been significantly regenerated. The exposed services layout was coordinated with the Architect, Archer Architects and delivers an uncluttered and ordered layout. The refurbished building now provides over 85,000ft2 of office accommodation.
